Yes, its that wonderful time of year – the kids are heading back to school after Summer’s last blast! Football stadiums will be packed this weekend. Tailgaters everywhere enjoying the perfect barbecue and their favorite refreshing drinks! And lots of incredible football will keep us all talking for the weekend and beyond.

Who said building muscles has to be all about hours in the gym? Bring along a jump-rope and build your endurance and your balance. Chase your little ones around the playground and just try to keep up! Build up your stamina with a long run or fast-paced walk!
